About Our Founder
Chelsea Powell, the founder of Sonny Boy Co., discovered her passion for candle-making when she was furloughed from her corporate job in 2020. Drawing on her 8+ years of experience in the fashion industry, she sought a creative outlet that would allow her to express her artistic side and learn a new craft. Over the past 3+ years, Chelsea has found immense joy and peace in the art of candle-making, infusing each batch with love and intention.
